The concept was simple – Kyler Murray, the Arizona Cardinals quarterback, walking into an Albertsons Store and making Kretchmar meats the “Hero” of the campaign. Sounded simple. Sure, the creative brief called for us pulling together a :30-second spot with the creative from being on location at an Albertsons Store, but we were also being asked to pull together a long-form social piece in a residential kitchen environment, and to grab some green screen video and stills for short form social. Did we mention we only had six hours to film everything?
It sounded like fun, and we were up to the challenge!
I could totally go into the nuance of the production, but what it really came down to was making sure that we delivered the most professional, engaging creative to our client, while making the talent look like a natural, integrated part of the campaign. The client and the talent trusted us to present them in the best light. Literally.
We prepped each location before everyone arrived. It was important for us to use the six hours to its fullest. The time went fast but we were ready.
Our client was happy! The athlete was happy. Sales of Kretchmar meats increased in the Phoenix area and the campaign looked incredible. Success!
Things went so well that we were asked to prep some social posts that Kyler put on this K1 Channel.
Working with professional athletes is something we do regularly.
From live action to still imagery or a combo of both, let us show you how we can present your concept in the best light.
